Appraisal Services

Appraisal and valuation services are provided under a separate engagement agreement between Greenlight and the client. Appraisals are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and, where applicable, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and VA guidelines. The appraiser's opinion of value is an independent, impartial, and objective opinion as of a specific effective date and is prepared solely for the client and intended use identified in the report. No other party may rely on an appraisal report without the client's and Greenlight's written authorization.

Content on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an appraisal, an opinion of value, or real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing on the website should be relied upon in place of a completed appraisal report.

Account Registration and Order Submissions

Fees and Payments

Fees for services are quoted at the time of engagement. You agree to provide accurate payment information. All fees are subject to applicable taxes, and prices may change from time to time. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due as stated on the invoice or engagement agreement and are not contingent upon the reporting of a predetermined value, a direction in value, or the attainment of a stipulated result.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled after an inspection has been completed or substantial work has been performed may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee as stated in the engagement agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenlight Valuation Services, LLC, its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an appraisal assignment shall not exceed the fee paid for that assignment.

Termination

Governing Law
